The Hugs2Give Foundation was formed in 2011 by Isabella Smith who is dedicated to service for those in need. Isabella started Hugs2Give in honor of her Huggable sister Raquel. "I learned from my sister how important time with each other can be, and that it is usually the little things we share together - like hugs - that bring the biggest smiles, and warm our hearts."
Isabella wanted to find a way to share Hugs with the patients in the Pediatric ICU where her sister was a patient and thought Valentine's Day would be the perfect time. She went around to local businesses and spoke with local agencies to explain her intentions. " I was amazed with the generosity people showed by sending in donations for the children."
